Palette Pals is exclusively available online.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZT are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days during busy periods, such as sales, launches, and public holidays.

Auckland Only – Standard Tracked Courier: $5.77
Rest of NZ – Standard Tracked Courier: $6.70
FREE Shipping: Orders over $80 NZD

We use trusted courier services like NZ Post and Courier Post. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Pick-Up Option - Auckland Only

You’re welcome to pick up your order from our sister company:

BodyFX, 10 Collins Street, Morningside, Auckland

Pick-up hours:

Friday & Saturday – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Closed all other days)

Pick-ups are ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive a notification via email or text when your order is ready.

Note: We are not responsible for lost parcels if non-signature delivery was selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to NZ. As we are a new company, we don't sell in other markets at this stage. For Australia, if you are super keen, reach out to us at email hello@palettepals.co.nz – we’ll do our best to help.
