Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZT are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day. Please allow 1 to 2 business days during busy periods such as sales, launches and public holidays.

Australian orders are shipped via NZ Post Air Parcel.

Pick-Up Option - Auckland Only

Pick-up hours: Friday & Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (closed all other days).

Didn't Receive Your Order?

Please contact us with your order number. For New Zealand deliveries, you can also contact NZ Courier Post on 0800 501 501 for assistance.

Note: We are not responsible for lost parcels if non-signature delivery was selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. We also sell in the United States through our US site, palette-pals.com. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.

Order Notifications

Order confirmation is sent immediately after your purchase. Shipping confirmation, including tracking, is sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive these, check your spam or junk folder or contact us.
